(average less than 4 hours).

Level 2- Partial Background
Investigation
Trained Investigators will conduct computer
database searches, mail and phone investigation (average less than 25 hours).

Level 3- Full Background Investigation
A statewide network of trained investigators will conduct MCOLES approved
background investigations for law enforcement and fire service candidates
including face-to face interviews, computer database searches, mail and phone
investigations (average 40-50 hours). This option is endorsed by MCOLES, MMRMA,
and MML.

Hourly
Investigation Work
Our network of trained evaluators will travel to
areas outside a department’s locale. This will allow departments to get
assistance without having to travel.
